The Chapter 13 debtor must file the plan with the petition or within 15 days thereafter.1 The clerk (or its designee) is required to distribute the plan or a summary of the plan with the notice of the hearing on confirmation, and the debtor may be required to furnish copies of the plan sufficient to enable the clerk to give proper notice. If the court has adopted Electronic Case Filing, the plan may be noticed electronically.2
